4. WhatsApp Business Usage
Our WhatsApp AI Sales Agent solution:
- Uses the official WhatsApp Business API
- Requires WhatsApp number verification by Meta or an authorized Business Solution Provider (BSP)
- Must comply with all WhatsApp and Meta policies
You agree not to use our platform for:
- Spam or unsolicited messaging
- Fraudulent or illegal activities
- Harassment or abusive behavior
- Violations of WhatsApp or Meta policies
⚠️ Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of your business information
- The legality of products and services you offer
- Obtaining customer consent where required
- Managing your WhatsApp message templates and content
- Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
zwave01 is not responsible for misuse of the platform by clients.
6. Dashboard & Platform Access
- Access to dashboards is provided on a subscription basis
- You must keep login credentials confidential
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- We reserve the right to suspend access in case of security risks or policy violations
